• Where is the store based?

• How is your product made?

  Although our company is now in Utah, it all started in California. This product is hand cut and hand sewn in sunny San Diego to help support our economy and to ensure a quality product. The swaddles are made with a soft and airy 100% Cotton gauze that lightly stretches.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders are processed in up to 4-5 business days. Standard shipping via USPS arrives within 2-5 days if within the US and depending on the efficiency of your local post office. Each item is wrapped individually and mailed in a non-tear plastic mailer to ensure they all make it safe and sound.

• How do I wash my product?

  Machine wash cool with like colors, tumble dry low.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please note that the ship-to recipient will be responsible for the price of shipping plus any taxes or customs duties incurred. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government. *All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

  Our company is in no way responsible for your choice to use our product with your carseat. Most car seat companies DO NOT recommend using their product in conjunction with other products. Doing this may void that car seats warranty. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to make sure that any baby or child placed in a car seat is securely and properly fastened. And it is your responsibility to securely and properly fasten any baby or child before swaddling them with our product. Please DO NOT place swaddled Baby on top of your car seat as you may get confused and think that they are fastened. Always check to make sure they are strapped in before transporting a car seat with a baby inside.
